Pat, We have the same problem wrt SaO2 drop-out on Alice4 system. Very annoying when scoring (having to edit dropout as auto-score does not seem to detect start and finish accurately). We have tried different sorts of sensors - appears that software may need refining!
Also, can you suggest a setting to rid of those annoying 1 second auto-scored arousals? We use 3 secs. Thanks
