Nightmares

Posted by Cathy Luders on March 26, 1998 at 20:59:42:

I have been suffering from nightmares nightly for
the past week. They usually occur between 4 and 6 a.m. I have had them since childhood, but not this frequently. I have read that nightmares usually reflect emotional difficulties. Makes sense. Most recently: my mother died in September 1996; my husband and I were involved in a serious one-car accident in November 1993; In April 1993 I began para-menopause and just this month, reached the one-year point of no periods. I began taking anti-depressants in 1993 and have tried to discontinue their use but haven't succeeded. I take Paxil.
