Worried on Amount of Sleep

Posted by Jason Learmonth on March 28, 1998 at 04:23:34:

I am quite concerned that I am only 15 years of age yet a won't commit myself to go to sleep around 10:30 or 11:00pm. Instead I just find stuff to do so I go to bed around 12:00-1:00am or even sometimes three in the morning. And as I wake up at 6:30 for school, that means some nights I only get 4 hours sleep. Could someone be able to advise me whether this is unhealthy and how to effectively alter my body clock.
