Any home healthcare agency with respiratory care services in you area should be able to tell you for sure.

Haven't checked again this year, last year:
Medicare covered CPAP IF your sleep test showed at least 30 apnea events in a sleep study lasting at least 6 hours. Medicare rented the machine for up to 10 months, then if your were still using it at that time, it was yours. Medicare pays for one new nose piece and strap assembly per year.
