I'm having the same problem. About a month ago I had nightmares every night that ended up with me screaming and waking my partner early in the morning (about the same times you have). They went away, but now they are back. Last night I ended up screaming myself and my partner awake at about 6:00 AM.

However, I'm not any more stressed than usual-- my relationship is fine, school and work seem to be running well, my family and friends are all hale & healthy, so I don't understand why I'm having such horrendous nightmares.

Anybody out there have any ideas or suggestions for me & Cathy?
