I am always too tired to get up on time in the morning.

My name is tom and I am 16. I live on a farm and my mom wakes me up at 5:00 a.m. for morning milking but I just can't get up until about a half an hour later. I admit that I do consume excessive amounts of sugar but I really don't think that that is the real problem. Could someone please help me
