Talking in sleep about making love to another

Is there any way to program my mind to not talk in my sleep.
my wife is about to divorce me. I apparently talk about making love to someone ealse in my sleep. Although I have not been unfaithful, I do have an attratction to the person I speak of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
