There's a company called Conjo (on the web somewhere) that makes a little sleeve that fits over your hose works. It's made of the same parachute fabric and fiberfill that jackets are made of. Goes for about $10.00 U.S. Works like a charm (insulates your hose to cut the temperature differential that causes the condensation. I find that it also cuts the "wind-tunnel" noise effect dramatically.

I highly recommend the Conjo site--lots of other stuff there, too (filters, masks and whatnot).
