I have a full mask also and I am just getting used to it. My CPAP machine has a AUTO CPAP mode and it starts out at 3. This is more comfortable and makes it easier for me to fall asleep. I also breath through my mouth but had an operation to inable me to breath better thru my nose. The operation worked fine but old habbits die hard and I still tend to breath through my mouth. good Luck; Don
