Two nights of no sleep. I think I am waking myself up with my snoring. My wife left the room the first night and I left last night. My throuat is soare, but not as much as I thought it would be and I am not talkig wierdly any more. It is still hard to swallow, although I have been able to eat anything I want. The doctor said 6-8 weeks before the full effect would take place of little or no snoring ( I hope! ). I also hope that this is not all wasted. I am wondering if a lot of snoring takes place from your palate up through your nostrils???
