You might try a breathing exercise that I use. It is done by inhaling through the nose so that the air seems like it hits the back of your throat. At the same time allow your stomach to relax and rise by itself. When it is done properly you will be making the same sound a person does when they are sleeping. By that I mean the long slow deep breathing. When you exhale open your mouth slightly and make a very soft ha sound. It takes practice learn so don't get discouraged. The longer I practice it the faster it works. I also use it during the day whenever I need to relax. When in college I always did it before tests. Good luck.
