Jasmine, you might want to read my reply to Awake All Night below your posting. Also, a person doesn't have to stop thinking in order to go to sleep. Just gently direct it to relaxing. I have used this technique for years and it just keeps getting better. It has eliminated my insomnia and is useful for relaxing during the daytime.
