Can't get chin strap tight enough and causes blotting

Posted by docd on April 13, 1998 at 17:23:20:

I problem that when sleeping I swallow lots of air which in turn cause major blotting (I have to belch 4 or 5 long times when I wake and what I don't belch make it way thew the intestents and causes worst problems). I found that it is reduced if I can get the chin strap tight enought which I find it hard to do and still get blood to my brain. I did find a product that I going to try call chin-ups (hoping this will help the problem will let you know if it does). If anyone has tried these please let me know if you had any luck. I found them at www.chin-up.com and have not seen them in the stores as of yet. If anyone has anyother ideas on how to keep my mouth closed at night or how I can change the strap to work better please post or email me at docd@bigfoot.com my wife is having a hard time being around me in the mornings ;). Thanks
