sleepiness...

Posted by Kirbi on April 14, 1998 at 13:36:00:

I seem to be always tired no matter what I do. I am a 24 year old female, a few pounds over weight (not much) and have diabetes. It seems no matter how much I sleep at night I am always tired. After I wake up, after two or three hours I feel I need a nap to make it through the rest of the day. I fell like it's wasted time, me napping so much but, I can't help myself! Caffeine doens't help...nothing does. Reading through all the previous forums it seems like I should see a doctor but, is that really necessary? If it is...I cannot go to a doctor for two months (I am out of the country) is there anything that anyone knows of that may help
Thanks! :)
