You need to contact a Sleep Disorder Institute. The list is on this web page. I was heavily walking for over 30 years and then when it got to the point that I was a danger to myself, I researched this. The doctor put me on medication that helped 99%. The other 1% was getting the underlying stress that was in my life. For the past two years, I've been off the medication and I have not walked since. Also, FYI this is hereditary.
