something that helps get rid of bags under the eyes--when you wake up in the morning splash your eyes with cold water and soak a facecloth in cold water and lay in upon your eyes for a few minutes...that should reduce swelling.
Another thing that I have found works well is get some bottled Aloe liquid (not get or lotion, but the actual liquid--you can find it in a heathfood store) and take an ice cube tray making Aloe ice cubes with 1/2 water and 1/2 Aloe in each cube. Once frozen, take the ice cube and rub it all over your eyelid, around your eye and under your eye until the ice cube is melted. (it works well if you hold the ice cube in a dry cloth or something)
