I have had this off and on for years -- mostly on. Recently I have discovered I have Seasonal Affective Disorder "off the charts" (really bad?) and one symptom of that can be the sleep cycle pushed back...
This is a REAL problem, but from my limited experience reading this forum not too many here talk much about sleep cycle problems. I did find one web page on it on Geocities, but, sorry, can't right now remember where. Will try to look it up.

I am also very interested in "taking back the night" for those of us who just haven't got out neurochemistry in sync with daylight/dark -- it can destroy your life!

Let me know what you discover and don't give up. This is the first generation that had any ideas on diagnosing and treating these problems.
