You are right on! But what you sound like is one of us who have Seasonal Affective Disorder...

I wish it were called "Hibernation Syndrome".

S.A.D. is classed as depression although it is defined by how it is different from "real" depression, but it is really an imbalance in the neurochemicals that control our sleeping-waking cycles and out need for light/dark.

I encourage you to check out more about this. My experience with a light box has changed my life and wouldn't it be wonderful to find out your tiredness is not all from your dis-ease and "disappears" with the addition of more light at the right times in your life!
