Hi Nick,
Dozing at the wheel can be lethal to you and anyone on the road with you, and you need to take it seriously. Check www.sleepfoundation.org for stats on highway fatalities that are caused by sleep deprivation. That you doze at the wheel hints strongly that you have a sleep disturbance which, unbeknownst to you, is robbing you of your noctournal rest, and leaving you sleepy (hypersomnolent) during your waking hours to the point that mundane or boring situations may find you very sleepy or dozing off unexpectedly. Take any of the self-tests in the Sleep Links at the top of the Sleep Net page to more fully inform yourself.
Best of luck,
Brian
