Need some help for an Assignment

I was wondering if anyone here could help me out for an assignment I have for an AP Psychology class. The topic of my paper, (I picked from a list) is sleep stages but im basically writing about sleep in general (including
sleep disorders). As part of the paper, I need to interview someone with a degree in the area of the topic..but basically I need to find someone with a degree in psychology that could answer some questions on the subject of sleep. I would like to do the interview through email. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks
