when I began using CPAP then BiPap in early 1997, I was expecting an instant full recovery, and I was somewhat disappointed. After the first 2-3 months, I definitely felt better, but it took at least 8-9 months to begin to feel closer to my normal, pre-apnea self (when that was I don't know, as I don't know how long this has been developing). And I believe that I will continue to feel improvement, especially now that I have the energy and stamina to exercise and be more active. So hang in there!!
