alarm clocks

Posted by Cheryl on April 19, 1998 at 20:47:39:

I sleep through alarm clocks. I turn them off in my sleep. Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? I have tried every trick in the book. The intentisy, placement and/or duration of sound doesn't seem to matter. I am beginning to believe the problem/solution is not the alarm clock but the way I sleep. I must be in a very deep sleep. Is there anything that can be done to control when a person goes into "deep sleep"?
