I would try 2, 3, 4, or more alarm clocks if needed and place them in different parts of the room and set at different times but no more than a couple minutes aparts. This way by the time you get comfortable and the next goes off. Also if can try to drink an ice cold glass of water as soon as you can that should shock you system enough to keep you awake and not go back asleep.
