Non-restorative sleep/fibromyalgia/frequent awakenings

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalia within the last year. However, for many years before that I have suffered from non-restorative sleep. I can fall asleep but wake up tired. Also, at times I wake up frequently during the night and also wake up tired.
