Not being aware of dreaming and not having REM sleep crosses from psychology into physiology and you will find some people answer from either side of the fence. Really they are separate issues. Your fatigue needs attention. Take the sleep quiz found by a link at the top of the forum, then take the response to your family doctor and insist that they pay attention, before you kill someone by falling asleep at the wheel.
