It's been so long I don't even recall the source, but my initial sleep disorders training taught me that the ideal sleep temperature is 60-70 degrees, as measured by the quality of sleep obtained.

sleep at 78 will give more "microarousals" and will definately not be as refreshing as sleep at 68. Is there a thyroid problem here?
