I started with nasal pillows but gave them up because of the harness that I was supplied with. Whenever I turned over it would shift and pull my nostrils or get ripped off. I assume that it was because my head is tapered (I have a hard time wearing baseball type hats) and the harness couldn't get a grip. If you go back through the earlier forums and search for nasal pillows you will find more information. They look a lot like miniature bellows or boots on car shocks and the headgear comes over the head between the eyes.
