Many people can suffer from many different types of Sleep Disorders. Do you snore even lightly in the supine position? If you do, you probably have
Sleep Apnea. I have been testing for Sleep Disorders for 2+ years and your symptoms sound like that could be it. Please seek a physician who
can help in determining this for you. Most of the time all you would have to do is take a short essay of questions and have a minor exam.
