Don't worry. I know this sounds weird, but vibrations like you describe may be precursors to out of body experiences/travel. So's the numbness. I
went through it too. Lots of people have. It can be super scarey, but
at the same time its exciting, and a special experience. Enjoy it.
Understand that most people will think you're psycho if you try to relay
your experiences to them...they're just not ready to hear it.
Read "Journeys out of the Body" by Robert Monroe. He knows what he's
talking about.
