No Deep Sleep

Posted by mikro on April 28, 1998 at 10:44:39:

I had a sleep study which was positive for sleep apnea and was provided with a CPAP. When the titration study was done
it was found that my sleep apnea was eliminated (at 5 sonometers), REM sleep increased frrom 10% to 17% but that I
got NO DEEP SLEEP. The pulmonologist didn't have any suggestions as to what the next step (if any) should be. I'm currently being trated for major depression and chronic fatigue syndrome. The physician treating me for chronic fatigue is a principal investigator for CFS and also for Gulf War Syndrome. Any suggestions?
help would be greatly appreciated.
