Well it does seem like I am sleeping through the
night more than I used to. My wife says I am still snoring, but she thinks it is a bit less. Although I still snore loudly after drinking. My doctor said that 6-8 weeks is when I would notice the most difference. I hope it gets tighter in there, but being able to sleep through the night is major for me.

I was really surprised that I did not get a terrible sore throat like I thought I would!
