I was diagnosed with narcolepsy over three years ago. After being diagnosed the Sleep Study Clinic notified the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. They in turn sent a form to my family doctor. He filled it out, sent it in, and I never heard anything else. I was originally told that they check every two years to make sure you continue your treatment. My doctor has never mentioned the forms again.
