Help... always tired/sleepy/groggy

Posted by Adeena Mignogna on April 30, 1998 at 16:07:22:

Hi!

Ever since sometime in high school, I feel like
I'm always tired. I usually get plenty of sleep
at night. But during the day I'm groggy and sleepy
and I can usually go for a nap just about anytime.
In addition, I do not have high blood presure,
I'm only about 10/15 pounds more than I should be,
and I don't think I snore. I figure it's about
time i do something... but I'm not sure who I
should contact or what I should do.

Also, I've tried things like eating better,
exercising more, staying off all caffiene for
a long period of time, etc.
