I was a pack and a half to 2 pack a day smoker for 28 years. I quit smoking at the beginning of February this year. At this point I am unable to determine any improvement in the quality of my sleep. If quitting has helped me, that help is not apparent. Quitting, nonetheless, is a good move and I wish you the best.
