This is a condition also called PLMS or RLS (periodic limb movement in sleep or restless leg syndrome). It is the uncontrollable jerking of body limbs while sleeping. In most of us, it's the main thing that is making you sleepy during the day. There is a web site for this where you can look up al sort of information including different medicines being used. My own personal case has not responded to any combination of meds. If you share a bed with someone, they can best tell you how bad it is.
