Sinemet is an anti-Parkinson's drug. It is used to treat people with Parkinson's. You should check out sleepnet.com/links.htm for alot of good info. I wouldn't rush into the surgery if CPAP is working. It may take awhile to feel the real results of using it. There are many combinations of meds for RLS. Keep trying until you find the reght combination.
