waking up with a headache

I have mild sleep apnea(9 apnea in a four hour period). I do not use Cpap. Sometimes when I get up in the morning, I wake with a headache. I take Tylenol or Advil, but the headache does not go away. I go through the whole day with a headache, go to sleep and wake up with the same headache. Any suggestions on how to get rid of a headache.
