healing process

I have had septoplasty and my uvula removed 8 days ago.
My throat still hurts very bad. My nosrils are still
semi clogged, but getting better - one is much clearing
than the other. Doing hourly saline sprays. Back to
DR in couple days. Does anyone know how long the throat
takes to heal. Thanks and Good luck to all
