JIM, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU. FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS, I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP AT ABOUT 3 OR 4AM AND AM UNABLE TO FALL BACK TO SLEEP. I HAVE A VERY STRESSFUL JOB AND WONDER IF THAT'S NOT PARTLY TO BLAME. ON WEEKENDS I SLEEP TILL 6 OR 7 AM WITH NO PROBLEM. I'VE TRIED MELATONIN, AND ALL THE HERBS I HAVE EVER HEARD OF FOR SLEEP. THEY HELP ME FALL ASLEEP, BUT DON'T KEEP ME FROM WAKING UP TOO EARLY. WISH I HAD SOME ANSWERS FOR YOU. MAYBE WE CAN FIGURE IT OUT TOGETHER. GLAD TO HEAR I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM. ROSE
