Try the sleep questionairre at the links at the top of the forum and take the results to a sleep physician near you - found on the listing also at the top of the forum. "I can nap just about anytime" indicates dangerous levels of sleepyness. Reasearch shows that though processes and reaction times are just as impaired by sleepyness as by alcohol, and you cannot tell until you are already significantly impaired.Do it before you ruin your life by falling asleep at the wheel.
