Well, not 18, but at 17 I'm pumping some air. Also a straight CPAP, not bipap. I use the mirage mask and need to crank it very tight to prevent leakage. It always seems to start leaking anyway around 5 or 6 in the morning. The heated humidifier helps a lot. I am finding that after several months (now 3 months on CPAP) that I don't need the chin strap as much as I used to. Many nights I don't use it at all, then one night I'll be blowing out the mouth like a train whistle.
