I have been grinding my teeth for a few years now and the dentist puts it down to 2 reasons:
1. Strees
2. Othodontic treatment as a child - I wore a plate to correct a crooked jaw, and the orthodontist stopped me waearing the plate too early, and when I sleep my jaw moves back into this crooked position slightly.

I wear a guard at night, but find it uncomfortable, and I often forget to wear it. If there is another cure out there let me know. I would like to try something different.
Regards, Andrew
