Your question is somewhat ambiguous. I am a sleep tech. I have to assume that you had a in-lab study done & followed-up with a doctor to ensure that you need CPAP & need that pressure. If you have not you are just guessing. Ultimately CPAP pressures are determined from the results of the in lab study and different people require different pressures. Avoid comparing yourself to anyone else's treatment.id comparing yourself to other people. You should NOT be self adjusting your machine. This should only be done by a homecare provider under a doctors orders. Otherwise you may not be getting what you need.
