In the last year, I have begun waking and seeing floating dots on the walls, my babies hanging on the walls, people moving my curtains and more! I talk to them and remember what I say and seem to be half conscious of what is happening. It is very frightening. I have had twins in the last year, but they started before then. I do not get headaches or get sick at all. I recently discovered that my father also hallucinates the same types of things. I will try the "magic bag", but I would also like some explanation as to why it happens. Also, I have NEVER had a good dream. I have very detailed dreams and remember them more than I would like. Is there anything I can do to force myself to have good dreams or not remember the bad ones? Thanks:)
