I have the same problem and wish Puritan Bennet or Conjo would make nasal pillows in an extra large size. Also, the newer black headgear does not adequately position the nasal pillows on my head, but fortunately I have the older gray color one which is a lot better. Conjo offers a custom made headgear which appears to fit even better than my old Puritan Bennet one. Also, I've been told the new ResMed Sullivan Mirage mask beats all others in user satisfaction.
