I'm sure you're not crazy. But I bet it feels like it. I don't know whether these feelings tie in with any sleep disorder. But have you ever had your thyroid tested? Sometimes an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) can do some pretty weird things, especially anxiety, nervousness etc. If you haven't had it checked, I definitely would and at least tell your doctor what's going on. He or she can help you find out what's going on. Let us know how it goes. Good luck and God bless you!
