I would evaluate if the sleepiness only occurs with reading, or if it also occurs with other quiet periods in your day. You may find that TV, meetings, and other less stimulating events also cause you to fall asleep. If so, I would consider seeing a sleep specialist. You could be in the early stages of sleep apnea.
