I've been searching for three hours now, trying to find any documentation on insomnia and the full moon... I too have found that the few nights a month that I can't get to sleep are on or near the night of a full moon... can't explain it... Usually I'm out like a light when I hit the pillow. I made the connection when my grandmother couldn't sleep on the same nights that I was having trouble. She told me it was because of the full moon, found it odd. Now i'm noticing that my father is up awake on those same nights as well. I hope there is some reserch on this soon.
Thanks, now I know I'm not alone.
