Hi!
I really don't have any idea. However, whatever it's worth, perhaps the stress put on your body from years of little sleep could have affected your immune system or whatever. Do you have any other symptoms besides fatigue? Aches & pains? I feel like my fibromyalgia partly developed from a time in my life I had to push myself and go on very little sleep. Who knows? You might do some personal inventory to see if there's more than fatigue going on and see a doctor if need be. Hope you feel better soon. God bless you and keep us posted.
