I really don't have any idea how to help you other than suggest you see a sleep specialist. Sounds like you could have narcolepsy or some other sleep disorder. I had sleep paralysis twice years ago but nothing as severe as it sounds like you have. It sounds very scary to go through. Good luck and try to get tested. God bless you!
